滕飞

滕飞于1998年在清华大学获得机械工程和应用数学学士学位,2003年在清华大学公共政策与管理学院获得管理学硕士和博士学位。2004年在ENSIC/CNRS, Nancy完成博士后研究。现为清华大学能源、环境与经济研究所副教授。他是IPCC第三版第五次评估报告的主要作者;《中国气候变化国家评估报告》(二、三)第一作者;《国家气候变化规划》、《气候变化白皮书》等多项国家重点文件起草小组成员。多年来,他在《联合国气候变化框架公约》下的中国谈判小组中担任顾问专家。自2009年来,他一直是中国代表团透明度问题的首席谈判代表。2011年以来,他还参加了BASIC部长级会议的BASIC专家组会议,为中欧和中美两国提供专家咨询。2013年,他担任《联合国气候变化框架公约》专家协商小组主席,帮助发展中国家提高应对气候变化的报告能力。现为清华-伯克利能源与气候联合研究中心副主任。他的主要研究方向包括:气候政策、国际气候制度、能源消费中的消费者行为和能源建模。
