Research Overview 

Engaged in research on energy strategy and climate change policy for many years, participated in the formulation of the Ministry of Science and Technology's "13th Five-Year Plan" for technological innovation in the energy sector and the "Implementation Plan for Major Projects of Clean and Efficient Utilization of Coal by 2030", authored several energy technology strategy research reports, including "Energy Revolution," "Comprehensive Study of Domestic and International Competition in the Energy Sector," and "Research on Key Technology Choices Leading Major Industrial Transformation." As the sub-project leader, participated in the Prime Minister's Fund project "Causes and Governance of Severe Air Pollution."
